#45 Tripy Makonda

By: Evilo | July 31st, 2009

45- Tripy Makonda (U), PSG, AM/LB, 90
Rating : 8C-, Malouda
Talent : Makonda is a nice smart player who has speed and desire. Good technique and good passing.
Season : A surprising callup, he was used more as LB when PSG had injured players than at his real position. He did very well however.

I believe Makonda is naturally a left back and has been touted as a long term replacement for Sylvain Armand. He certainly won’t be playing on the right anymore after the signing of Christophe Jallet.

Oops, I meant LB. Wrote RB. I’ll edit this.
And Makonda is a natural LM. But he did well at LB and will probably feature there for a while. Kind of like Baky Sako.

In fact, after digging a little, I did see him mostly at LM during National 18 competitions.
But in fact, he is a natural CM, recently used at LM and then even more recently at LB.
